The Knife Shop is a unique and quirky café on Wellington Street – at the Venice end of Collingwood.
We pride ourselves on our amazingly large all-day breakfast delights, our locals struggle to finish our monster sandwiches, and our staff constantly have an excellent playlist to highlight our themed 50's home away from home.
Come down and enjoy a coffee, fresh juice, or even an espresso martini on our comfy couches… Outside by the open fire… or in the New York room.

KNIFE SHARPENING! That's right, folks, we sharpen knives.
Overnight sharpening service available, pick up days are Thursday and Sunday.
Costs being at $2/knife, with an addition of $1 per inch of the blade.
For repairs, scissors and blades - additional charges apply.
